We are excited to announce that Diving is back in session!
The FCDC board and coaches have worked with the city and MLHU to determine the safest way to re-open the boards, classes and learn to dive sessions. The program operates in accordance with available guidance from the city, MLHU and applicable guidelines from the Ministry of Health.

during this time, the City of London has closed recreation facilities until further notice, Gymworld is also closed until further notice and the Rep Room is closed for two weeks. We are unable to conduct practices at this time and the board is actively working with the coaches to determine suitable exercises and identify potential next steps. Please be patient as this is a fluid situation and we will keep you up to date via messaging in the FCDC communication group in Whatsapp. If you need access, please contact us via e-mail.

Five of our National level athletes are heading to Regina to compete at their Provincials. Regina is hosting this year’s Jr Development Nationals and it has been customary to attend a meet to check out the pool. It’s been a long day as they are still waiting for their flight to Regina!
